Housekeeping & Home Care

Professional housekeeping is included and required every 30 days to preserve the standard of the home for the current resident and future residents. Additional housekeeping may be arranged at the resident’s preferred frequency.

Optional Vehicle Availability

During select residencies, a vehicle may be available under a separate agreement for qualified residents. Availability is limited and subject to insurance, driving history, lease terms, and owner approval.
